Good to know

Are some features reserved for larger portfolios?
No. Stay information, moods and personalised recommendations are included for every property. Only the number of properties changes the price.
What counts as a rental property?
One place your guests stay in: an apartment, a holiday rental, a guesthouse, a riad or a similar rental accommodation. Hotels are priced per room.
What happens if I add or remove a property mid-term?
Your subscription adjusts automatically, pro-rated over the time left in the current period.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is deleted. Your guide stops being shown to guests until you subscribe, and everything you wrote is still there when you come back.
